Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
- Bookings must be made via email at ponypasturesitter@gmail.com.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for house sitting or boarding services. Payments are accepted through Zelle, Venmo and Paypal.
- Payments for daily drop-in visits are due the Friday after a week of service and are payable weekly.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made up to three days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 30% of the total service cost, with the remaining amount refunded.
Pet Requirements:
- Owners are required to inform Pony Pasture Sitter of any biting incidents or aggressive tendencies of their dog towards specific individuals (e.g., children) or other animals.
- All dogs must be current on rabies vaccinations.
- Owners must notify Pony Pasture Sitter if their dog has contracted fleas to discuss alternative sitting arrangements.
- Dogs must be house-trained for boarding services.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing food, emergency contact information, toys, treats, bowls, bed or crate, leash, and collar.
- If a dog becomes dirty or rolls in something unpleasant, Pony Pasture Sitter will wash the dog with baby shampoo unless otherwise specified by the client. Clients may provide their own preferred shampoo.
Liability and Insurance:
- Pony Pasture Sitter is insured to cover any potential incidents that may arise during the provision of services.
Emergency Procedures:
- In the event of an emergency, Pony Pasture Sitter will contact the client’s designated vet. If veterinary care is required, Pony Pasture Sitter will consult with the client to determine the best course of action for the dog’s care.
Privacy Policy:
- All personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of delivering pet sitting services.
